I went to the doctor on Friday and she said I have hypomania. I thought I had mild euphoria. I was surprised to hear that, but was happy and relieved at the same time, as I was getting anxious, worrying that I would have a serious manic episode and that that would affect my personal or professional life. That hasn't happened yet, and I am doing everything I can so that that does not happen. It's terrible going through a maniac crisis. I already had two maniac crisis and that is enough.
